Simply add 1 scoop (5g for unflavoured, 6g for flavoured versions) to 100ml of water in a shaker bottle. Shake well and enjoy your creatine immediately. We recommend one serving per day in a maintenance phase, or four servings spaced throughout the day if you are in a creatine loading phase.
